Shilong Industrial Development Zone offers State-owned
land to transfer. Not only the procedures are simple,
but also the price of land is competitive. The details
as followed.
1. Lump-sum payment
The investor can get the use-right of state-owned land
for 50 years in one lot.
During 50 years, the investor can use the land for montage,
sale, lease or transfer.
(1) 300,000RMB/acre (tax less than 100,000RMB/acre)
every year.
(2) 250,000RMB/acre (tax between 100,000 to 200,000RMB/acre)
every year.
(3) If the tax of output more than 200,000RMB/acre,
every year, you can get more preferential land price.
2. Standard workshops
a) Beijing Shilong Industrial Development Zone offers
the standard workshops for lease, or the zone can build
workshops according to the investor’s need and want.
230, 000RMB/acre (land cost adds standard workshop’s
cost for construction). The investor can lease standard
workshops for 15 years.0.4-0.6RMB/m2 every day. The
investor can lease standard workshops instead of purchase.
The investor may get discount support in three years.
If the investor have to stop the contract in urgent
condition, they need to pay for the lease charge only,
the zone do not pursue the default duty.
b) If the enterprise in the zone has difficulty in purchasing
land in one lot, the investor can pay for them in installments.
Firstly, the investor must pay at least 50% of the total
price in one lot, and the others should be paid in three
to five years.
